We love to eat ice cream during the hot summer months.So I decided to make ice cream pops covered with chocolate .This is very simple and is full of flavor and is really a hit among the children.I like to eat this because it is small and it does not have much calories and people who likes to watch their waist can also enjoy this.
Ingredients
ice cream
melted chocolate
ice cream scoop
nonpareils (decoration)or sprinkles
sticks
coconut oil
Method
Line a pan with wax paper.With a ice cream scoop place ice cream on the wax paper and than put the stick in it.freeze it ,Melt chocolate over double boiler or melt it in microwave with coconut oil. Let the chocolate cool and than dip the frozen ice cream in it and than sprinkle it with nonpareils.Freeze it until ready to serve.

Peanut Butter Fruit Bites
We all snack during the day and I love peanut butter with fruit so I came up with this fruit bites.This is healthy and it does keeps me away from snack that is not good for me.If you love Peanut butter than this snack is for you.Just make peanut butter with any dried fruits and press it gently in a pan and than cut into squares.
Ingredients
8 pitted dates
1 cup chopped dried apricot
3 cups Cheerios
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup chopped peanuts
Method
1 In a food processor place dates and apricots , pulse it until it is finely chopped.Add in Cheerios and pulse it until it is finely chopped.Add in peanut butter and process it until well combined.
2 Line a pan with wax paper, extending it over the edges. Press the peanut butter mixture in the pan and press it around the pan.Sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
3 Let it sit for 30 minutes and than take the wax paper with uncut bars out of the pan and cut it into squares.

Mango and Banana Ice Pops
This hot summer months ice pops is very refreshing.It is easy to prepare and there is no cooking involved.I love making ice pops because it is mostly fruits so it does not much sugar.Eat this ice pops and not worry about spiking your sugar level for people with diabetics.Just add mangoes and bananas in a blender and blend ,freeze and eat.
Ingredients
1 packet defrosted mango chunks or 1 mango
1 large ripe bananas
honey to taste
1 can coconut milk or any milk of your choice
Method
Put everything in a blender, blend and pour it in cups, freeze and enjoy
