Ingredients
2 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro
1 cup of chopped mango
1/2 cup of chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup of chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup of peeled and chopped oranges
1 tablespoon of olive oil
juice of 1/2 of lemon
salt and pepper to taste
Method
1.In a mixing bowl combine cilantro,mango,bell peppers,and oranges.
2.In a small bowl mix lemon juice,oil,and salt and pepper.Then add the lemon and oil mixture to the bowl mango and bell peppers.Toss everything together.
3.Serve and enjoy
